Togetherly - Dating & Chat Account Cancellation and Data Deletion Agreement

Dear User,

This Agreement is formulated in strict compliance with the data security compliance standards of Google Play, aiming to provide you with transparent, convenient and standardized account cancellation and personal data deletion services. You do not need to uninstall or reinstall the application, and you may submit an account deletion request at any time to exercise your right to manage and dispose of your personal account and data.

All account deletion services are provided and implemented by the developer entity (Developer Entity Name: Jilin Binu Trading Co., Ltd.), which fully guarantees your independent control and disposal rights over your personal account and personal data.

I. Account Recovery and Cancellation Revocation Mechanism

Within the 30-day grace period after you submit the deletion application, if you actively log in to your corresponding Togetherly - Dating & Chat account, the system will automatically revoke the deletion application, and your account will immediately return to normal use status. All historical data, personalized settings and function access permissions stored in the account will be fully retained and restored, allowing you to normally use all services of the platform.

II. Data Retention and Deletion Rules

After successfully submitting an account deletion request, the platform will initiate a 30-day cooling-off period, during which your account and all relevant data will be temporarily retained. If you do not log in to your account within this 30-day cooling-off period, the platform will permanently and completely delete all your personal data in accordance with applicable personal information protection laws and regulations.

To meet the reasonable needs including the platform's compliance operation, data statistical analysis, product function iteration and service optimization, the platform may retain a small amount of non-personal data that has been desensitized and de-identified. Such data cannot identify, associate or track any specific user, nor will it infringe on your privacy rights and legitimate interests.

III. Channels for Submitting Account Deletion Requests

The platform provides two independent deletion channels that comply with regulations. You may choose either one to complete the account deletion application process by yourself:

1. In-app self-service deletion: Log in to your Togetherly - Dating & Chat account, enter the system settings page, select the "Delete Account" function, complete identity verification and deletion confirmation according to the on-screen prompts, and then successfully submit your request.
   
2. Web portal deletion request: Log in to your account through the web portal, click the account deletion entrance, and then submit your account deletion application in accordance with the step-by-step instructions on the web page.

IV. Important Risk Warning

After the 30-day deletion grace period, the account deletion process will be automatically completed and permanently effective. This operation is irreversible, unrecoverable and cannot be revoked. To avoid loss of important data, we recommend that you manually back up all materials, data and content that need to be retained before submitting the deletion request. The platform shall not be responsible for any data loss occurring after account deletion.
